 Bellies Up 2-0 in WLA Semi Final    

Lead by a smothering defence that only allowed 28 shots, lead by Team Captain Nenad Gajic, Dave Morgan, Ian Hawksbee and rookie Pete McFetridge and veteran Matt Roiks excellent performance between the pipes , the Bellies came away with a convincing road win 12-4 over the hometown Victoria Shamrocks.

Ilija  Gajic lead the 57 shot barrage on Shamrocks keeper Aaron Bold, with 4 pts on (3g,1a) while cagey veteran Pete Morgan had 5 pts on (2g,3a), Jordan McBride, Cory Melville, Jordan Hall,  Jamie Floris, Pete McFetridge, rounded out the scoring with 3 point nights each. After a so so start 3-3 after 1 period the Bellies opened the flood gates and outscored the Rocks 9-1 in the last 2 stanza’s

Bellies hope to take game three on Saturday night August 9th  at Queens Park Arena  vs the Shamrocks , come join the family BBQ, DOORS OPEN AT 7:00 PM
