New Westminster Sr Salmonbellies are proud to announce that on Thursday July 26th  they will be holding their annual Salmonbellies Day Celebration. This year they will be honoring one of the all time Salmonbellie Great's Geordie Dean, by retiring his jersey #5 to join other Salmonbellie stars  Jack Bionda, Cliff Sepka, Paul Parnell, Wayne Goss and Eric Cowieson who have all had their jerseys retired in the past.

Geordie played in 53 Mann Cup games, was a member of 3 Mann Cup Champion teams, he played 506 WLA games accumulating 1412 points, he twice won the Mike Kelly trophy for MVP in the Mann Cup, to name a few of his accomplishments.

Come and join past and present Salmonbellies on Thursday July 26th at 7:45pm vs Coquitlam Adanacs to honor  Geordie Dean as we retire jersey #5. Beer gardens open at 7:00pm.
