“Flash” is a product of the Poco Saints junior program. He was drafted by the Bellies in the third round of the 2009 WLA Draft and has held his own on the squad ever since. Lacrosse touches every part of Martin’s life. By day, he works at Mountain Edge Lacrosse and he is also a member of the Washington Stealth.

I have a tattoo on my leg – maple leaf with a lax player inside.

iPhone. Just switched from my blackberry. It’s way better.

Tim Hortons ice caps are awesome.
