Bellies Announce Trade - Pace for McIntosh

The Salmonbellies have announced a trade with the Maple Ridge Burrards that will see two well-known right-handed forwards moving teams.  The move sees Calgary Roughnecks star Tyler Pace move to the Burrards, while former Vancouver Warrior and current Colorado Mammoth, Dylan McIntosh, will head to the Royal City.

Both were standouts in the 2025 season, with Pace earning 25 regular season points in 9 regular season games and 28 more in the playoffs.  In 8 regular season games, McIntosh had 30 points and 15 more in 4 playoff games.  He was second for the Burrards in points per game at an impressive 3.8 PPG both during the season and the playoffs.

"It's never easy to see a player of Tyler's calibre move elsewhere and we will miss him.  He was a major part of our success in 2025's Mann Cup run," sad GM and President Ray Porcellato.  But as a scout for the Mammoth, Porcellato has had a firsthand chance to see McIntosh's play up close this season and he believes that he will bring a vital ingredient.  "Dylan is the kind of player every team needs," he said, "Both with and without the ball, he automatically helps an offence become a greater threat.  We are excited to have him aboard."

The Bellies are looking forward to seeing McIntosh and the rest of the team on the QPA floor this summer.  New West's starts May 21st.  Season Passes (with reserved seating) are on sale now and single game tickets will go on sale in early April.
