
WLA Season Set to Begin!!!
The WLA season is scheduled to open Wednesday May 21st when the Maple Ridge Burrards visit the Langley Thunder, followed by the Nanaimo Timbermen traveling to historic Queens Park Arena Thursday May 22nd to take on the New Westminster Salmonbellies. On Friday May 23rd the Coquitlam Adanacs are at Bill Copeland Arena to take on the Burnaby Lakers, while the Burrards travel to Victoria to take on the Shamrocks.
WLA teams will play an 18-game regular season schedule followed by August playoffs, with the league champion hosting the Mann Cup in September against the Major Series Lacrosse (MSL) Champions from Ontario. All games will be live-streamed and fans can purchase single games or 5-game packages on wlalacrosse.com for $9.95 and $39.95 respectively, however, for fans that purchase 5-game packs prior to June 1st, they can do so for just $34.95!
“The WLA saw increases in attendance, live streams, and social media engagement in 2024 and we look forward to capitalizing on that momentum and continuing to grow our fan base in 2025,” said WLA Commissioner, Paul Dal Monte.

May 31: Nanaimo Timbermen vs. Victoria Shamrocks at Frank Crane Arena.
